To make Quick Bread: Stir mix, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup oil
in a bowl until just blended. Pour into loaf pan and bake in convection oven at 300°F for 35-40 minutes or in a conventional oven at 350°F for 45 minutes. (Dairy and eggs can be substituted with appropriate replacers according to dietary needs.)
