Our Gluten Free Cinnamon Crunch Muffin & Quick Bread mixes make delicate and tender cinnamon muffins with crunchy cinnamon streusel topping. They're a delicious and easy any time treat.
To make Quick Bread: Stir mix, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup oil in a bowl until just blended. In separate bowl, add 2 teaspoons of softened butter to topping mix and mix with a fork until crumbly. Pour bread batter into loaf pan and evenly sprinkle streusel on top. Bake in convection oven at 300°F for 35-40 minutes or in a conventional oven at 350°F for 45 minutes. (Dairy and eggs can be substituted with appropriate replacers according to dietary needs.)
