Fluffy Cherry Cheesecakes
This easy no-bake and diet cheesecake parfait will really wow their taste buds, with a crispy "crust" and delicious Cherry Fruit Topping.
What You'll Need:
Original Chiffon Cheesecake Mix
Easy Crisp Topping
Cherry Fruit Topping
3 cups 2% low-fat milk
1/3 cup oil or butter
2-1/2 cups hot water
(You will use 9 ounces [1/2 package] Easy Crisp Topping and 6 ounces [1/2 package] Cherry Fruit Topping per recipe.)

12 - 2.6 ounce servings
Directions

Preheat convection oven to 350ºF.
Pour low-fat milk into a mixing bowl. Using whip attachment, add Original Chiffon Cheesecake and mix on low speed for 1 minute to combine, then mix on high 5-6 minutes. Chill until ready for use.
Mix 9 ounces (1/2 package) Easy Crisp Topping with 1/3 cup oil or butter and bake for 20 minutes.
Add hot water to 6 ounces (1/2 package) Cherry Fruit Topping Mix and mix thoroughly with wire whip or large spoon. Let stand 10-15 minutes to thicken.
Place 2 tablespoons of Easy Crisp Topping in the bottom of a 3-4 ounce serving dish.
Top with 3 ounces of prepared Original Chiffon Cheesecake.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Cherry Fruit Topping over the top of the cheesecake.
Chill 4 hours before servings.
