Mini Fruit Pies

7 tablespoons Pie Magic
8 Graham Cookie Tart Shells
1 package Whipped Topping Mix, prepared (optional)
1 pound frozen peaches (thawed)*

*Other frozen fruits, with the exception of berries, may be substituted.

Yields:
8 tarts

Directions:
  1. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Prepare whipped Topping according to package directions and chill until needed.

  2. Cut thawed peaches into bite-sized pieces. Evenly sprinkle Pie Magic over fruit and stir/toss well.

  3. Let fruit and Pie Magic sit at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.

  4. Spoon evenly over tarts and bake in a conventional oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Garnish with a dollop of prepared Whipped Topping Mix, if desired.
