What You’ll Need:
Any variety of our sugar free Muffin Mix
2 cups of water
Yield: 14 pancakes

Any variety of our sugar free Muffin Mix
2 cups of water
Yield: 14 pancakes
Directions:
- Empty contents of Muffin Mix into mixing bowl. Add water and mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or
frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the
griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
- Serve with our Fruit or Whipped Toppings or sugar free syrup.
